You will find three ferry routes working between Singapore and Bintan Island offering you joined a total of 15 sailings each day. Bintan Resort Ferries works to serve the Tanah Merah route to Bandar Bentan Telani which operates five times a day. Sindo Ferry uses one route, Tanah Merah to Tanjung Pinang which runs four times daily. Majestic Quick Ferry operates one route, Tanah Merah into Tanjung Pinang which operates four times daily. And Mozaic Ferry Lines operates one course, Tanah Merah to Bintan Lagoon Resort that runs 12 times weekly.
Bintan Resorts Ferries (BRF) functions regular ferry services between Tanah Merah Ferry Port or Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (TMFT) at Singapore and Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Port (BBT) in Bintan Resorts. This catamaran type high-speed ferry only takes 60 minutes to reach its destination. International guests coming at Singapore Changi Airport can travel straight to TMFT by using shuttle bus or other means of public transportation.
Shuttle bus service
Shuttle bus services are available between Singapore Changi Airport and Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal – TMFT) from Terminal 2 and Terminal 4. Passengers arriving at Terminal 1 or 2 are required to visit Terminal 2 and board a shuttle bus- shuttle.

Bintan Resorts Ferries (BRF) is a frequent ferry service that sails every day between Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal (Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal – TMFT) in Singapore and Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Port (BBT) at Bintan Resorts. This catamaran form high-speed ferry takes 60 minutes to achieve its destination.

Things to notice:
- Bintan, Indonesia time is just 1 hour slower than Singapore time.
- Please check at least 1.5 hours before the ferry departure time.
- You can also purchase AIG (Bintan) travel insurance in the BRF website.
Domestic Flights
National flights into Bintan Island will also be accessible throughout Indonesia. Visitors can take domestic flights into Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport at Kijang, Bintan Island from Jakarta, Pekanbaru, Dabo Singkep, Batam, Natuna and Matak. Ground transport services from Raja Haji Fisabilillah Airport to Bintan Resorts take about 1 hour.

Bintan Resorts has lots of pontoon piers for private yachts with a maximum length of 25 yards and a maximum height of 3 meters in the Bandar Bentan Telani Ferry Port. The port of BBT includes 14 piers with coordinates 01009’5’LU and 104021’5′ BT for short and long term anchorage. Electricity and water facilities will also be available in the dock.
In 2012, based on Presidential Regulation No.79 / 2011, all personal yachts, both local and international, can dock directly in the Bandar Bentan Telani (BBT) Harbor, Bintan Resorts that provides direct immigration restrictions. Even a Green Book and Sailing Permit (CAIT) Permit is no longer required following Presidential Decree No. 105/2015, to ensure that cruise ships may directly enter black waters. Temporary Import License is also no longer needed.
